◯長期不在等によるご返送にはくれぐれもご注意ください。ご注文商品が返送となってしまった場合の再発送料はお客様負担となりますのでご了承くださいませ。

◯ 発送に使用する段ボールや新聞紙、緩衝材等は基本的にリサイクル資材を使用させていただきます。

⁂返品・キャンセルについて⁂

◯ハンドメイド商品はすべて手作業でお作りしているため、商品には個体差がございます。ご覧頂くモニターにより色が実物と異なって見える場合がございます。

◯サイズ表記に関しまして、素人平置き寸法となっております。測り方により1～3㎝程の誤差がある場合がございます。

◯当店は海外のヴィンテージ品、古雑貨も扱っています。商品の性質上、返品・交換は出来かねますのでご了承下さいませ。可能な限り商品のコンディションを記載していますが、細かいキズ等ある場合がございます。ヴィンテージ品をご理解頂いたうえでご購入下さいますと幸いです。

◯海外製品は日本の製品と検品基準が異なる為、全体的にお作りが甘いことが多いです。商品の中には、たとえばお洋服ですとボタンや装飾物などの縫い付けが不十分なもの、糸の始末が雑なものや、チャコペンの跡が付いていたりなどがありますが、メーカーの基準を満たし、良品とみなされた物を入荷しております。その為、着用に支障がないものに関しましては通常商品扱いといたしております。ご了承いただけますと幸いです。

◯商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、イメージが違う、サイズが合わない等お客様都合での交換・返品返金にはご対応できかねます。

Please note that it may take up to one week from the notification of shipping to the arrival of your order.

◯Please be careful not to return your order due to long-term absence. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee in the event that an order is returned.

We will basically use recycled materials such as cardboard, newspapers, and cushioning materials for shipping.

⁂Returns and Cancellations⁂

◯All handmade items are made by hand, so there are individual differences in each item. Colors may appear different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

◯The sizes are based on the layman's measurements. There may be an error of 1 to 3 cm depending on how you measure.

◯We deal in vintage items and old goods from overseas. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. We try to describe the condition of the items as much as possible, but there may be some minor flaws. We hope you understand vintage items before you purchase.

◯Overseas products are often not as well made as Japanese products due to different inspection standards. For example, some clothes may have buttons or decorations that are not sewn on properly, threads that are not properly finished, or marks made by Chaco pens, etc. However, we only receive items that meet the manufacturer's standards and are deemed to be good quality. Therefore, items that do not affect the wearability of the garments are treated as regular items. We appreciate your understanding.

◯We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for customer reasons such as image difference, size mismatch, etc., unless the item is defective.
